Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival providing personalized support to ensure a seamless experience.
- Ensure food and beverage stations are stocked and replenished throughout the day.
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy resolving them in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of guest usage and preferences.
- Assist with any necessary paperwork or administrative duties for lounge operations.
Qualifications :
- Problemsolving skills to address any issues or requests from guests.
- Friendly approachable and professional demeanor.
- Good verbal and written communication skills especially in a multicultural and international environment.
- Ability to handle inquiries complaints or special requests efficiently and diplomatically.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks such as assisting guests monitoring lounge facilities and managing daily operations.
- Time management skills to handle peak periods efficiently.
