The Executive Secretary will provide day to day basis administrative support to General Manager and other senior management staff in the company. Manage meetings schedule and calendars for General Manager. Sitting in on meetings to take minutes and follow up on minutes.
Manage and circulate important and confidential documents incoming and outgoing communication with Clients, End-Users, Principles, Subcontractors, Suppliers.
Perform various support services tasks related to secretarial, clerical and administrative.
Overall responsibilities:
Provide day to day assistance to General Manager and other senior management staff, this includes managing the meetings calendar for General Manager.
Arrange meetings for the General Manager and senior management personnel with Principles, End-Users, Clients and send meeting invitations, coordinate, and arrange conference rooms.
Sitting in on meetings and taking minutes, compile and follow up on key and critical points and update reports for General Manager as applicable.
