To work in coordination with the team to produce the annual Commercial Plan and budget.
To accomplish individual and team targets as approved within the annual Commercial Plan and individual targets as agreed with the AVP – Global Sales.
In accordance with the individual sales action plan, actively conduct visits (min. 28 / month) to top accounts in the assigned territory / zone, selling all properties.
With a call frequency and account rating established, create and maintain at all times, updated data in Sales Force.
Conduct sales visits to the assigned zone as outlined and agreed in the Commercial Plan.
Assist the AVP – Global Sales with any client-related activities and promotions
Follow Shangri-La database entry standards (available on SalesForce) for maintaining clean account, contact, opportunity, event and RFP data on SalesForce.
Use Blueprint to assess and critically explore business opportunities in the assigned zone / territory.
Experience
Graduate or Post Graduate with a track record of positive progressive development.
1-2 years of similar work experience in hotels is required.
Fluent English is mandatory, plus Arabic speaker a distinct advantage.
