Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Testing & Commissioning (T&C) to lead the planning execution and validation of MEP systems in large-scale projects. The role involves managing commissioning schedules witnessing system tests ensuring compliance with codes and standards and delivering successful handover to clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage commissioning strategies schedules and procedures.
Oversee pre-commissioning functional performance and integrated system testing (HVAC Electrical Plumbing Fire Protection ELV/BMS).
Witness validate and document all T&C activities ensuring compliance with project specifications and authority requirements.
Coordinate with consultants contractors vendors and clients for smooth commissioning.
Manage snagging final documentation (O&M manuals test sheets as-builts) and client training.
