Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Lead manage and direct the design delivery team for the Opera Hall (internal/external) providing clear guidance feedback and support.
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other design delivery team members and provide clear direction and instructions.
- Liaise directly with the Head of special projects and present design delivery progress status and weekly/monthly reports.
- Assist in resolving any design issues as per authorities regulations.
- Enforce general design procedures during the design process.
- Enforce compliance of coordination procedures with Architecture ID MEP and Structural departments within the design team and take charge in resolving any coordination issues.
- Keep up of latest design requirements NOCs sustainability and environmental requirements and make team aware of these requirements.
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with authority design guidelines and regulations and master developers DCR.
- Periodically review projects design progress with HOD to ensure compliance of project to initially set design direction including monitoring project schedule and approved budget.
- Direct and manage the team to modify existing designs based on management direction.
- Follow-up manage and keep track of project changes and adjustments. liaise with all stake holders.
- Provide support to junior team members while guiding them throughout work processes.
- Attend meetings with external consultants and authorities when needed.
- Assist HOD to manage work of external consultants.
- Assist HOD in identifying issues in workflow and processes.
