Job Summary

Black & Grey HR is hiring a QS Costing MEP for a leading Tier 1 contracting company in Dubai UAE. Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional with expertise in high-rise building projects to handle MEP quantity surveying costing estimation and project coordination activities across large-scale developments. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare quantity take-offs cost estimates and BOQs for MEP works

-Review project drawings specifications and tender documents related to MEP systems

-Monitor project costs variations and budget control activities

-Coordinate with project teams subcontractors suppliers and consultants for costing and estimation requirements

-Evaluate quotations material costs and subcontractor pricing to ensure cost efficiency

-Prepare project reports payment certifications and cost analysis documentation

-Ensure all costing activities comply with project standards and contractual requirements

Requirements

-Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / ) is mandatory

-610 years of experience in QS Costing MEP within the construction industry

-Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE/GCC

-Strong knowledge of MEP quantity surveying costing estimation and BOQ preparation

-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications

-Good analytical communication and coordination skills

Required Skills:

-Bachelors Degree in Architecture or related Engineering field. -Minimum 812 years of experience in contracting/construction companies. -Strong experience handling Civil Residential and Mixed-Use development projects. -Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit BIM and MS Office. -Good understanding of construction methodologies architectural detailing and local building regulations. -Experience in coordinating with consultants and site execution teams. -Strong technical problem-solving and coordination skills. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. -Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
