As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success through strategic partnerships and innovative business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.

- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Conduct market research to assess trends and competitor activities.

- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven track record of 3-5 years in business development within the IT industry.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
