Sales Business Development for Recruitment Services
Job Summary
Position: Business Development / Sales Executive Recruitment Services
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers business owners and decision-makers.
- Conduct cold calls emails LinkedIn outreach and client meetings to acquire new clients.
- Present the companys recruitment solutions and service offerings to prospective clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable recruitment solutions.
- Prepare and submit proposals quotations and service agreements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close recruitment contracts.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Follow up with clients throughout the recruitment process to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update all opportunities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling additional HR and recruitment services.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
- Attend networking events exhibitions and business meetings to generate leads.
- Prepare weekly sales reports pipeline reports and revenue forecasts.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients as per agreed terms.
- Build long-term partnerships and maintain high client retention rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and candidate information.
- Represent the company professionally while ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements
Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and staffing industry.
Experience in B2B sales preferably in recruitment or HR services.
CRM proficiency (Zoho HubSpot Salesforce etc.).
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
