About the Role

AsTechnical Manager you will lead the planning coordination and execution of all technical elements across LINKVIVAs events.

This is ahands-on leadership rolewhere you will take full ownership of technical delivery ensuring all AV lighting rigging and show systems are executed safely efficiently and to the highest standard.

You will work closely with production creative and external vendors to ensure every technical detail is aligned with the overall vision and delivered seamlessly on-site.

About You

Strong experience intechnical production for live events with expertise in AV lighting and rigging

A confident leader able tomanage and motivate technical teams

Highlyorganised with the ability to managemultiple technical workstreams

A strong problem-solver able totroubleshoot and resolve issues under pressure

A clear communicator confident working withclients suppliers and internal teams

Adaptable and calm in fast-pacedlive event environments

Hands-on with a strong sense of ownership from planning through to delivery

What You Need to Apply

5 years of experience intechnical production for live events

Strong knowledge ofAV lighting rigging and show systems

Proven experience managingtechnical teams and on-site delivery

Relevant technical qualifications or certifications inevent production

Fluent inEnglish (spoken and written)

Based in the UAE or open to relocation

Flexible to work evenings weekends and live event schedules
