Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of a high-end Italian restaurant located at a luxury hotel in Jumeirah Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for Italian cuisine strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing all aspects of the restaurants daily operations
- Supervise service staff and ensure top-quality guest service at all times
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality presentation and cleanliness
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Train motivate and evaluate staff performance
- Assist in managing reservations seating flow and special events
- Monitor inventory costs and sales reports to support business goals
- Uphold health safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a high-end or Italian restaurant
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
- Solid understanding of Italian cuisine and service culture
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Well-groomed professional appearance
- Able to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: AED3500-4000 plus service charge
