Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to management and various departments.
- Managing schedules appointments and meeting arrangements.
- Preparing reports presentations letters and other business documents.
- Handling incoming phone calls emails and correspondence professionally.
- Organizing and maintaining office files records and databases.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and meeting logistics when required.
- Assisting with data entry document preparation and record management.
- Managing office supplies and coordinating with vendors when necessary.
- Supporting internal communication and office operations.
- Ensuring confidential information is handled securely and professionally.
- Assisting with special projects and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills
Candidates should possess:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- 13 years of administrative office support or clerical experience is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills may also apply.
- Experience with office management software or ERP systems is beneficial.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
