Business Development & Sales
Drive new client acquisition for permanent staffing contract staffing executive search RPO and bulk hiring solutions
Identify qualify and close mid to large enterprise accounts
Own the entire sales cycle: lead generation pitching negotiation closure.
Client Engagement
Understand client hiring needs budgets and timelines to position the right staffing solutions
Negotiate commercials contracts SLAs and payment terms
Maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Market & Revenue Growth
Track market trends competitor activity and pricing benchmarks
Represent the company at networking events and industry forums.

Strong experience in GCC & MENA markets preferred.
