We are recruiting a results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in exhibition stand sales to join our clients dynamic and growing team. This role is ideal for a commercially astute professional with strong industry knowledge a proactive sales mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional client solutions within the exhibitions and events sector
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage prospective clients arranging meetings and building long-term value-driven relationships
Generate high-quality leads and successfully close deals to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Represent the business at trade shows exhibitions and industry events to drive new business opportunities
Work closely with the design and production teams to accurately translate client requirements into effective solutions
Prepare and present detailed design concepts costings and commercial proposals
Negotiate finalise and manage exhibition stand contracts from agreement through to delivery
Support clients throughout the full project lifecycle ensuring a seamless and professional experience
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports to senior management
Conduct post-project follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction gather feedback and support timely payment collection
Drive business development across related verticals including furniture exhibitions LED rentals and digital printing services
Manage client needs across multiple events and exhibitions ensuring repeat business and account growth
Requirements
Minimum 5 years UAE experience in exhibition stand sales or a closely related field
Strong understanding of the exhibitions events and rental industries
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
Strategic confident and commercially driven with a consultative solution-selling approach
Strong networking abilities with a proven track record of new business generation
Highly organised with solid research reporting and pipeline management skills
UAE driving licence preferred
