We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR Operations Payroll and Recruitment across multiple international locations including DUBAI ABU DHABI KSA QATAR EGYPT KENYA TANZANIA UGANDA ETHIOPIA SOUTH AFRICA. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented process-driven and well-versed in multi-country HR operations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR process improvements and compliance.
Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for multiple geographies.
Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
Strong understanding of USD (Dollar) calculations and denominations including conversions and reconciliations.
Coordinate with Finance for payroll closures audits and reports.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for regional and international hiring requirements.
Source screen shortlist and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Handle offer rollouts negotiations and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR Operations Payroll and Recruitment.
Experience handling multi-country HR and payroll operations.
Good understanding of USD currency and its denominations.
Proficiency in MS Excel HRMS and payroll systems.
