Technical Exposure & Hands-on Learning - Gain practical exposure to AD Entra ID Azure basics and collaboration tools. - Execute guided tasks by following SOPs and standard change processes. - Participate in lab exercises and shadow projects to build capability.
Process Adherence & Documentation - Follow ITIL-based processes for incident logging and request management. - Draft knowledge base articles or SOPs under supervision. - Ensure escalation protocols are followed to maintain compliance.
Service Delivery & Professional Conduct - Contribute to overall service quality under guidance of consultants. - Display professionalism in communication with users and colleagues. - Support team initiatives and maintain accountability for assigned tasks.
