About Our Client:
- Adjust and test critical operating parameters including speed acceleration leveling braking and door operations
- Test all safety control devices including emergency stops alarm bells and governors to ensure elevators comply with safety regulations and building codes
- Prepare inspection reports and field test data to verify compliance with required standards
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical malfunctions during the final testing and commissioning phase
- Read and interpret blueprints wiring diagrams and technical manuals to understand system components and perform accurate adjustments
- Perform final electrical connections integrate elevator systems with building management networks and complete the final installation process
- Support project teams during third-party inspections client inspections and consultant approvals
- Conduct troubleshooting testing and commissioning activities to ensure elevators are operating safely and efficiently
- Industrial Training Institute / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Electronics or a related field
- Minimum 46 years of experience as an Elevator Adjuster or in elevator testing commissioning troubleshooting and repair
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
- Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical layout drawings schematics and technical documents
- Hands-on experience in installing adjusting testing and commissioning various elevator systems
- Knowledge of elevator safety standards testing procedures and commissioning processes
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams clients and consultants
