Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding new employees
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management programs
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and handle employee relations issues effectively
- Analyze HR data to provide insights for decision-making and trend forecasting
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR operations, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HRIS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive HR matters
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to address complex HR challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification such as SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) or CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development)
