Job Summary
We are looking for a System Analyst with experience in the Real Estate industry to analyze business requirements design system solutions and support the development of scalable property management and real estate platforms. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure efficient and effective system delivery.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from real estate stakeholders (sales leasing property management teams).
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Work closely with developers UI/UX designers and QA teams to deliver system solutions.
- Design workflows for real estate operations such as:
- Property listings
- Tenant management
- Sales & leasing processes
- CRM integration
- Property listings
- Improve and optimize existing real estate systems for better performance and user experience.
- Conduct system testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Support integration with third-party real estate platforms and payment systems.
- Prepare documentation including BRD SRS and process flows.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in Real Estate / Property Management systems is required.
- Understanding of real estate workflows (sales rentals property listings contracts).
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Requirements gathering & documentation
- Process mapping (BPMN or similar)
- SQL basics (preferred)
- API understanding and system integration knowledge
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field. Proven experience as a System Analyst or Business/System Analyst. Strong understanding or experience in the real estate industry. Experience with CRM or Property Management Systems is a plus. Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation. Experience in system documentation and reporting. Preferred Skills Experience with Real Estate ERP or Property Management Systems. Knowledge of APIs and system integration. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Strong SQL and data analysis skills. Understanding of real estate processes (sales leasing property lifecycle).
