Job Summary
.
TheSupplyChainManagerwill:
- Lead procurement strategies across raw materials packaging spare parts capital machineries repair and maintenance of plant and transport vehicles and any other services.
- Manageinventorylevelsimplementinventorycontrolproceduresandminimizewasteandobsolescence.
- Managesupplierrelationshipsperformancereviewsandcostnegotiations.
- Ensurealignmentwithcontractualtermsqualitystandardsanddeliveryschedules.
- Coordinatesealandandairfreightmovementsofimporteditems.
- Supervisefreightforwardingcustomsclearanceanddocumentationrequirements.
- Liaisewiththird-partylogistics(3PL)providerstoensureefficientroutingandcostmanagement.
- Monitorstockturnoverandreduceinventoryholdingcostswhilepreventingstock-outs.
- Coordinatewithoperationsandfinanceforinventoryreconciliationandaudits.
- Identifyandresolvebottlenecksinthesupplychaintoimprovecycletimesandcost-effectiveness.
- Developcontingencyplansforsupplychaindisruptionsandgeopoliticalrisks.
- Drivedigitaltransformationandautomationofsupplychainprocesses.
- Ensurealllogisticsandprocurementactivitiescomplywithlocalandinternationaltradelaws.
- Maintainaccuratedocumentationforauditsinsuranceclaimsandinternalreporting.
- TrackKPIsacrossdeliverytimelinescostsavingsandsupplierperformance.
AcademicCompetences:
- BachelorsdegreeinSupplyChainLogisticsBusinessorEngineering;Masterspreferred.
- CertificationssuchasCSCPCPMorSixSigmaareanadvantage.
- StrongunderstandingofIncotermstradecomplianceandinternationallogistics.
- ProficiencyinERPsystems()andsupplychainsoftware/tools.

Skills:
