Position: Reception Manager (Live-In Company Accommodation Provided)
Location: Atlantis The Palm Dubai
We are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Reception Manager to join our team at one of our venues located at Atlantis The Palm Dubai. This is a live-in position and company accommodation will be provided as part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front desk and reception operations
Lead train and supervise the reception team to deliver exceptional guest service
Ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes
Handle guest feedback concerns and special requests professionally
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Maintain accurate records schedules and reporting
Uphold company standards policies and service excellence
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Reception Manager or similar leadership role
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Hospitality or luxury venue experience is a plus
