- You will track and optimise customer acquisition cost ROI lead quality and campaign performance metrics developing growth strategies across multiple channels.
- You will analyse campaign performance audience insights and competitor activity to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Content Media and PR
- You will lead content strategy across social media long-form short-form founder-led marketing and digital storytelling initiatives.
- You will oversee creative direction for campaigns and brand communication managing PR activities media relationships influencer collaborations and reputation management.
- You will ensure high-quality content production that is aligned with audience engagement and commercial objectives at all times.
Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management
- You will build lead and mentor high-performing marketing content creative and media teams establishing clear KPIs reporting structures and accountability frameworks.
- You will coordinate with Sales Operations PR and external agencies to ensure alignment of campaigns and business goals.
- You will manage relationships with agencies media partners and marketing vendors to deliver best-in-class execution.

To be considered for this role you should have

- Strong proficiency in performance marketing platforms including Meta Ads Google Ads and SEO tools.
- Experience with CRM systems marketing automation tools and AI-driven marketing workflows.
