Job Summary
Assist in the rollout of digitalization projects including data migration system updates and workflow automation.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements document processes and support digital solution design.
Monitor project progress prepare status reports and highlight risks or delays for timely resolution.
Support user training sessions prepare training materials and provide firstlevel assistance for digital tools.
Conduct basic data analysis to identify process gaps improvement opportunities and performance trends.
Maintain documentation related to digital systems SOPs and project records.
Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation and troubleshooting.
