Junior Executive Digitalization

• Assist in the rollout of digitalization projects including data migration system updates and workflow automation.

• Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements document processes and support digital solution design.

• Monitor project progress prepare status reports and highlight risks or delays for timely resolution.

• Support user training sessions prepare training materials and provide firstlevel assistance for digital tools.

• Conduct basic data analysis to identify process gaps improvement opportunities and performance trends.

• Maintain documentation related to digital systems SOPs and project records.

• Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation and troubleshooting.
