Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced HR Manager Operations to lead and manage all HR functions across a workforce of 3000 employees in a fast-paced contracting and telecom environment. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience in HR operations staff management and compliance with labor laws in the UAE/GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple projects and sites.
Oversee manpower planning recruitment onboarding and deployment.
Handle employee relations disciplinary procedures and grievance resolution.
Maintain HR compliance with UAE labor laws visa processing and documentation.
Develop HR policies procedures and performance management systems.
Coordinate with project managers for timely mobilization and demobilization of staff.
Manage HRMS/ERP systems and generate operational HR reports.
Supervise payroll input attendance systems and employee benefits administration.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in HR or Business Administration (Masters preferred).
Minimum 10 years of HR operations experience in contracting and telecom sectors.
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
Handled 4 to 5 staff in HR
