- Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Chemistry, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience
- Understand business processes and full supply chain, able to turn business knowledge into forecast assumptions.
- Fully understand mathematical forecasting methods, and comfortable to work with numbers.
- Prior expertise in using a forecasting tool.
- Strong communication skills (Especially Good command of English). Effectively communicate up, down and across organization. Comfortable to work with people.
- Strong leadership and work ethics. Pay high attention to detail and disciplined work style.
- Analytical ability to effectively identify and resolve problems independently.
- Advance skills in data manipulation and ability use data visualization tools.
