Finance Manager

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals.
• Oversee the entire financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with UAE GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks.
• Manage cash flow effectively, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs.
• Optimize financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze retail performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably within the retail industry.
