Work towards achieving talent growth and organizational outcomes through effective training programs.
Training Program Management:
Plan, coordinate, and deliver training and development programs in accordance with Marriott and Le Meridien standards.
Identify training needs by assessing the skills required for employees to excel in their roles.
Monitor and track the progress of training initiatives.
Maintain accurate training records for all employees.
Employee Learning Environment:
Strive to create an organizational culture where employees have the necessary opportunities, capabilities, and environment to learn effectively.
