Job Summary
Ontime Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Specialist to join our team focusing on promoting services for a dental this role you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing patients to inform them about our dental services schedule appointments and increase patient engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing dental patients to promote dental treatments and services.
- Provide detailed information on dental procedures pricing and appointment availability.
- Answer patient inquiries promptly and professionally addressing any concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
- Schedule patient appointments and follow up to confirm bookings.
- Maintain up-to-date records of calls and patient information within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the dental team to coordinate patient care and improve service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed sales and appointment booking targets.
- Stay informed about the latest dental technologies and services to provide accurate information to patients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales preferably in dental or healthcare sectors.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail to manage appointment scheduling.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Ability to work effectively in targets-driven environments.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
