As the Practice Manager you will oversee daily operations ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and staff while promoting a culture of wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the daily operations of the wellness center
Supervise administrative and clinical staff providing direction and support as needed
Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain high standards of care
Improve practice efficiency and develop protocols for service delivery
Address client inquiries and concerns fostering client satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and implement wellness programs
Monitor and analyze practice performance metrics driving continuous improvement

Requirements

Proven experience in practice management preferably within a healthcare or wellness setting
Bachelors degree in healthcare management business administration or related field
Strong leadership and team management skills
Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Organizational proficiency with a keen attention to detail
