Career Land Center is looking for an experienced Hospitality & Beauty Recruiter to work remotely on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for independent recruiters who can manage both candidate recruitment and employer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Work remotely and manage recruitment activities independently
Source candidates for hospitality and beauty roles using multiple channels (job portals CRM social media referrals etc.)
Headhunt qualified candidates at various levels
Consult and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain and manage candidate data using CRM systems
Work with potential clients and employers in hospitality and beauty sectors
Make cold calls outreach and follow-ups to attract new employers
Present recruitment services and close employer agreements
Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and employers
Meet placement and client acquisition targets
Employers
Middle Eastbased employers including hotels restaurants resorts and beauty salons
Requirements
Proven experience in headhunting or recruitment (hospitality and/or beauty industry preferred)
Experience using CRM systems
Strong sourcing skills through social media and online platforms
Confidence in cold calling and client outreach
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Strong communication and consulting skills
Compensation
Commission-only structure
Commission paid per successful placement and/or client acquisition
Unlimited earning potential based on performance
