As a Telemarketing specialist at DREAMZTECH, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services and establishing connections with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and secure new business opportunities
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant information about our products and services
- Follow-up with prospects via phone or email to nurture relationships and close sales
- Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume, leads generated, and conversions
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Requirements & Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in telemarketing or sales
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
