Compliance Officer – Real Estate Trustee Office
Job Summary
We are looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure all operations within our Real Estate Trustee Office are conducted in full alignment with regulatory requirements internal policies and service standards.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented process-driven and experienced in working within regulated environments. You will play a key role in monitoring transactions ensuring procedural accuracy and supporting the office in maintaining high standards of compliance and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance & Oversight
Ensure all transactions and operations comply with relevant regulations and internal policies
Monitor adherence to procedures guidelines and service-level standards
Stay up to date with regulatory changes and ensure proper implementation
Act as a point of reference for compliance-related queries
Audit & Quality Control
Conduct regular checks on transactions documentation and system entries
Identify errors inconsistencies or compliance gaps
Support internal audits and regulatory inspections
Ensure corrective actions are implemented and followed through
Process Improvement & Risk Management
Identify operational risks and recommend improvements
Support the development and implementation of internal controls
Work closely with management to enhance process efficiency and accuracy
Assist in maintaining clear and structured operational procedures
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of compliance checks and findings
Prepare reports on compliance performance and audit results
Track issues resolutions and corrective actions
Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all transactions
Training & Awareness
Support staff in understanding compliance requirements and procedures
Assist in onboarding and training related to policies and systems
Promote a culture of accountability and attention to detail
Requirements
Previous experience in compliance audit or quality control roles
Experience in real estate trustee office banking legal or government-regulated environments is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of compliance procedures and risk management principles
High attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to review processes and identify gaps
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital platforms
Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong advantage
