About the Role

AsProgramming Coordinator you will support the planning and execution of event schedules ensuring all programming elements areorganised aligned and delivered smoothly.

This is adetail-driven fast-paced rolewhere you willassistin coordinating talent managing schedules and supporting on-site delivery to ensure a seamless audience experience.

• Assistwith the development and management ofprogramming schedules and timelines
• Coordinatetalentlogistics including arrivals rehearsals and requirements
• Supportrehearsals and on-site programming delivery
• Tracktiming transitions and run-of-show updates
• Liaise withinternal teamsto ensure alignment across departments
• Maintainaccuratedocumentation schedules and communication updates
• Support overallprogrammecoordination and execution

About You

Highlyorganised with strong attention to detail

A strong communicator confident working across teams

Proactive and able to managemultiple tasks simultaneously

Adaptable and comfortable infast-paced environments

Experience in events content or coordination roles preferred
