The Role > The search is for an experienced Communication & Marketing Manager for a newly established high-end healthcare facility specializing in mental health and addiction treatment for VVIP clients. This role prioritizes communication over commercial marketing focusing on building trust discretion and meaningful engagement with patients families and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a senior communication professional who combines empathy discretion and strategic thinking with the ability to operate confidently in a highly sensitive and prestigious healthcare setting

Tasks/Activities assigned > Develop and implement tailored communication strategies for patients families and stakeholders; Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications; Ensure clear empathetic culturally sensitive and highly confidential messaging; Collaborate with clinical teams to translate complex medical information into accessible language; Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders ensuring alignment and trust; Oversee communication materials public messaging and reputation management in a discreet manner

Requirements of the position > 1) Minimum 10 years of experience in communication roles (healthcare or sensitive environments preferred); 2) Native or fluent Arabic speaker (essential); 3) Demonstrated experience working with high-profile or high-net-worth individuals is a strong advantage; 4) Excellent interpersonal writing and presentation skills; 5) High level of discretion emotional intelligence and cultural awareness 6) Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment;
