About the Role

AsSite Manager you will be the on-ground leader responsible for ensuring all event builds installations and live operations run smoothly safely and to the highest standard.

This is ahands-on high-responsibility rolewhere you will coordinate all on-site activity working closely with internal teams contractors and suppliers to ensure everything is delivered on time to specification and without compromise.

You will play a critical role in bringing events to life ensuring seamless execution from setup through to live delivery and breakdown.

You will:

• Manage allon-site activity including build installation live event phases and breakdown
• Ensure compliance withhealth safety and venue regulationsat all times
• Coordinate and liaise withcontractors suppliers and crewfor smooth execution
• Tracksite progress and timelines proactively resolving issues to avoid delays
• Lead and managesite teams and subcontractorsmaintaininghigh performance standards
• Overseequality controlacross all elements of delivery
• Work closely with production and technical teams to ensureaccurateexecution of plans
• Maintain clear and consistentcommunication across all stakeholders on-site
• Adapt quickly to challenges ensuringsolutions are implemented in real time

About You

Strong hands-on experience inlive event site management or production delivery

A natural leader able tocommand respect and manage teams effectively on-site

Highly safety-conscious with a strong understanding ofHSE protocols

What You Need to Apply

5 years of experience managinglive event sites or large-scale production builds

Strong understanding ofrigging builds logistics and event health & safety protocols

Experience coordinatingmultiple contractors and site teams

Fluent inEnglish (spoken and written)

Based in the UAE or open to relocation

Valid UAE driving license preferred
