About the Role

As a 3D Designer you willbe responsible forconceptualizing developing and deliveringcutting-edge3D environments for events exhibitions and immersive experiences. You will lead the creative process collaborate across teams and ensure designs are both visionary and practical. Your work will directly shape the physical spaces where unforgettable moments happen.

• Design Visually Striking 3D Environments Lead the development of event spaces installations and exhibition designs that are functional engaging and on-brand.
• Create Technical Drawings & Renderings Produce high-quality 3D models visuals and presentations to communicate design intent to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate Across Teams Work with project managers creative directors and production leads to ensure designs arefeasibleand executed to perfection.
• Present Concepts to Clients Articulate design ideas clearly and confidently in client presentations and meetings.
• Stay Ahead of Trends Research the latest in design technology materials and spatial innovation to keep LINKVIVA at thecutting edge.
• Oversee Production Implementation Workhand-in-handwith production teams to translate 3D designs into real-world builds with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure Compliance & Quality Ensure all designs meet safety regulations accessibility standards budget parameters and timeline requirements.

About You

What You Need to Apply

Bachelors degree in Industrial Design Architecture or a related field.

5 years of experience in 3D design for events exhibitions or immersive experiences.

Proficiency in SketchUp 3DS Max Unreal Engine Rhino or similar software.

Strong understanding of spatial design lighting and materiality.

Experience leading projects and mentoring junior designers.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
