We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Senior Interior Designer Design Lead in Dubai UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Architecture and Interior Design Consultancy sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead concept development for residential commercial hospitality and mixed-use projects.
- Develop mood boards material palettes design narratives and space planning studies.
- Prepare and oversee interior design documentation including plans elevations sections and schedules.
- Coordinate with architects engineers consultants contractors and BIM teams.
- Review shop drawings material submissions and mock-ups for design compliance.
- Select and specify furniture fixtures finishes lighting and materials.
- Support authority submissions and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve design-related construction issues.
Required Skills
- AutoCAD Advanced drafting and documentation capabilities.
- Revit & BIM Coordination Design integration and clash resolution.
- FF&E Specifications Preparation of schedules and product selections.
- Joinery Detailing Custom furniture and interior detailing expertise.
- Interior Construction Documentation DD and CD package development.
Preferred Skills
- UAE Authority Submission Experience
- Sustainable Design Practices
- SketchUp / 3D Visualization Tools
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess 812 years of interior design experience within architectural consultancies interior design consultancies or multidisciplinary design firms. Experience delivering residential hospitality commercial and mixed-use projects is required. UAE or GCC project experience is highly preferred.
Education
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Interior Design Architecture or related discipline
- Preferred Qualification: Masters Degree / Advanced Design Certification
- Additional Certifications: BIM Revit Sustainable Design Certifications
