About the Role
AsSocial Media Manager you will own LINKVIVAs social media presence leading strategy content creation and execution across platforms.
This is ahands-on fast-paced rolewhere you will drive digital storytelling before during and after campaigns ensuring content is engaging on-brand and aligned with businessobjectives.
You will work closely with creatives content teams and external partners to deliver high-quality real-time content that connects with audiences and elevates brand presence.

- Develop and manage asocial media strategy and content planacross platforms (Instagram TikTok and others)
- Leadcontent creation and publishing including reels stories and behind-the-scenes content
- Overseelive content delivery capturing and posting in real time during activations and events
- Engage with theonline community responding to comments and driving interaction
- Collaborate withdesigners videographers influencers and internal teamsto produce content
- Ensure all content aligns withbrand guidelines tone of voice and campaign objectives
- Track performance and provideinsights reporting and recommendations
- Manageinfluencer collaborations and partnershipsto amplify reach
- Identifyand act ontrends and opportunitiesto keep content fresh and relevant
- Supportcontent approvals scheduling and publishing workflows
About You
4 years of experience managingsocial media for brands agencies or live experiences
A strong digital storyteller with experience inshort-form video and live content
Highly creative with a strong eye forcontent trends and audience engagement
Confident managingmultiple platforms and fast-paced content schedules
Strong writing and captioning skills
A proactive and hands-on approach to content creation and delivery
Comfortable working inhigh-energy live environments
What You Need to Apply
4 years of experience insocial media management
Proven experience acrossInstagram TikTok and other key platforms
Strong understanding ofcontent creation video formats and platform trends
Experience managingreal-time content and live campaign coverage
Fluent inEnglish and Arabic (spoken and written)
Based in the UAE or open to relocation
Flexible to work evenings weekends and live event schedules
