About the Role

Asan ExperienceCoordinator you will support the planning coordination and execution of live event experiences.

Working closely with the Experience Manager you will ensure all elements of the experience from talent coordination to scheduling and on-site delivery are alignedorganised and executed to the highest standard.

This is afast-paced hands-on rolewhere attention to detail strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts are key to success.

WhatYoullDo

• Support the creation and management ofexperience schedules content plans and timelines
• Coordinate withtalent performers speakers and partnersonlogisticsand requirements
• Liaise with internal teams (creative production operations) to align delivery
• Trackcontracts technical requirements and deliverables ensuring deadlines are met
• Maintain and updateexperience plans run-of-shows and project trackers
• Supporton-site delivery including rehearsals show flow and talent coordination
• Conduct research onnew talent trends and experience formats
• Assistwithpost-event reporting feedback and performance insights

What You Need to Apply

2 years of experience inevents experiential or content coordination

Proven ability to manageschedules stakeholders and workflows

Understanding oflive event delivery and production processes

Fluent inEnglish (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus

Bachelors degree inEvent Management Media Arts or related field

Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Office Google Suite or project management tools

Based in the UAE with full working rights
