We are recruiting an Import Logistics Coordinator for one of our clients who is a leading consumer electronics company based in Dubai UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Process incoming purchase orders efficiently and accurately
Monitor ongoing shipments and coordinate with suppliers and shipping companies to ensure timely delivery
Review and resolve any discrepancies related to Letters of Credit
Maintain comprehensive records of all current and upcoming shipments
Liaise with product and export management teams to ensure orders are processed according to specifications and deadlines
Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping companies addressing any service-related issues promptly
Coordinate with banks to ensure the timely processing of Letters of Credit

Requirements

MBA in Logistics or Diploma in International Trade
Minimum of 3 years of experience in import logistics
Strong understanding of shipping procedures
Solid knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) processes
Proficiency in MS Excel
