About the Role
AsTraffic Manager you will oversee theflow of projects within the Creative Team ensuring deadlines resources and expectations are managed efficiently. You will act as the central point of coordination between teams making sure every campaign event or activation is delivered seamlessly.
What Youll Do
- Manage Workflow & Project Timelines Oversee multiple projects ensuring efficient scheduling and delivery.
- Resource Allocation Assign creative team members to projects based on skills capacity and deadlines.
- Prioritize Tasks & Deadlines Keep teams aligned with priorities ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Facilitate Communication Act as a bridge between creative account and production teams.
- Monitor Project Milestones Ensure smooth progress and flag bottlenecks early.
- Optimize Processes Continuously improve workflows for better efficiency and productivity.
- Support Budget & Timeline Management Work with project leads to ensure alignment on scope and resources.

What You Need to Apply
5 years of experience in traffic/project management creative operations or agency workflow management
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of creative team dynamics and production processes
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
