Job Summary
Our client is hiring a GlobalHead of Talent Managementfor a global maritime group based in Dubai. This is a senior leadership role for an industry leader operating across 50 international offices in maritime shipping and transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead global leadership development programs (L1L3)
- Enhance performance management and succession planning
- Build high-potential (HiPo) and talent-sharing frameworks
- Collaborate with CHRO and Executive Leadership Team to drive HR transformation
- Align talent strategies with overall business goals
Requirements:
- 15 years of experience in HR and talent management
- Proven track record of leading large-scale HR transformation projects
- Experience working in complex multinational matrix organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Background in maritime transportation or industrial sectors preferred
