Job Summary
Black Pearl is currently recruiting for a Group Visa Fee Reconciliation Manager for a leading international organization based in Abu Dhabi UAE.
This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong experience in reconciliation controls multi-currency transactions and revenue assurance within high-volume operational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end reconciliation of collections settlements and remittances
- Reconcile POS systems ERP systems operational platforms and bank statements
- Monitor multi-currency transactions and exchange rate accuracy
- Investigate discrepancies short settlements and unmatched items
- Ensure zero revenue leakage and strong financial controls
- Prepare dashboards and management reports
- Improve reconciliation processes through automation and controls
- Support audits and ensure documentation readiness
- Coordinate with banks payment partners and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting Commerce or related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant finance or reconciliation experience
- Strong experience in high-volume transaction environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Excel and reporting skills
- Experience with ERP / POS / finance systems
- Strong understanding of controls and compliance
