Dream Communication System LLC, a leading communications company in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase revenue

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify challenges and opportunities

Requirements & Skills:

- 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
