Job Summary
Resposibilites:
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations and maintenance activities.
- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for vehicles and heavy equipment.
- Lead and coordinate technicians mechanics and workshop staff.
- Ensure timely repair of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Monitor workshop productivity quality and operational efficiency.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies company procedures and manufacturer standards.
- Control maintenance costs and manage the workshop budget effectively.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records job cards and performance reports.
- Coordinate with project fleet and operations teams to ensure equipment availability.
- Liaise with external vendors for specialized repairs and services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop performance and equipment reliability.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 810 years of experience in workshop or fleet maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment commercial vehicles and maintenance planning.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance workshop operations and spare parts management.
- Good leadership communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and industry best practices.
