Job Summary
Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Educate customers about the features and benefits of our health & beauty products skin care and other products.
Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer preferences.
Explain product usage
Promote new arrivals collections and seasonal offers.
Ensure merchandise is well displayed and regularly replenished.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Work closely with the team to maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.
Follow all company policies regarding customer service and sales processes.
Requirements
High school diploma or higher education.
Minimum 1-2 years proven experience in retail sales preferably in health & beauty or cosmatic retail.
Strong understanding of sales techniques customer profiling and upselling methods.
Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers.
Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
Ability to work towards sales targets under pressure.
Experience working with health & beauty Skin care or cosmetics is highly preferred.
Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable using POS systems.
Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
