Job Description

The Sales & Business Development Manager Project Logistics is responsible for driving new business growth across the UAE and wider Middle East focusing on EPC energy renewables heavy industry and infrastructure projects.

This role is suited to a senior marketactive professional with deep regional knowledge strong client relationships and a proven background in selling complex project logistics solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the companys footprint in project and industrial logistics working closely with internal operations and global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify develop and secure new project logistics business within the UAE and Middle East.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with EPC contractors project owners developers OEMs and energy companies.
  • Actively pursue large-scale industrial infrastructure oil & gas power and renewable energy projects.
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle including:
    • Opportunity identification
    • Client engagement
    • Tendering and bidding
    • Commercial negotiations
    • Contract award
  • Develop customized logistics solutions covering project cargo heavy lift breakbulk multimodal transport and chartering.
  • Work closely with operations engineering and global project teams to ensure solutions are feasible competitive and profitable.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activity and upcoming project pipelines.
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and client meetings.
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to operations once projects are awarded.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and margin targets while maintaining company standards and compliance.

Required Experience & Background:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in sales or business development within:
    • Project logistics
    • Industrial freight forwarding
    • EPCrelated logistics
  • Proven exposure to:
    • EPC projects
    • Heavy / oversized cargo
    • Energy renewables power oil & gas or infrastructure sectors
  • Strong existing network in the UAE / Middle East project market.
  • Track record of winning complex highvalue logistics projects.
  • Experience working in both local and corporate/global environments.
  • Solid understanding of tendering commercial negotiations and pricing.
  • Not from shipping trading food retail or FMCG logistics backgrounds.
