We are seeking an accomplished Russian-speaking Senior Private Banker to join our team and play a key role in expanding our UHNW client franchise.
The Role
This is a senior client-facing position focused on originating developing and maintaining long-term relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor deeply embedded in the clients financial ecosystem delivering holistic and highly tailored wealth solutions across investments structuring and legacy planning.
A critical part of the role is the ability to bring and transition a portable book of UHNW client relationships while continuing to grow and deepen these relationships over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop transition and actively manage a portfolio of UHNW client relationships with a strong focus on trust and long-term retention
- Act as a primary advisor and where relevant a quasi-family office partner to clients and their advisors
- Conduct comprehensive wealth diagnostics including analysis of complex asset structures such as operating businesses real estate and alternative investments
- Design and implement tailored investment strategies aligned with client objectives risk profiles and global market dynamics
- Coordinate with internal and external experts across legal tax and structuring to deliver integrated wealth planning solutions including cross-border aspects
- Drive client engagement through high-quality communication including investment proposals portfolio reviews and market insights
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and increase share of wallet through thoughtful needs-based advisory
Candidate Profile
- 710 years of experience in Private Banking Wealth Management or a similar UHNW advisory environment
- Demonstrated ability to originate and manage UHNW client relationships including a portable client book strongly preferred or essential
- Proven track record in revenue generation and asset growth
- Deep expertise across capital markets structured products private equity and real assets
- Solid understanding of cross-border wealth structuring including tax trusts and estate planning
- Strong commercial judgment combined with a client-centric mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage at C-level and principal level
- High level of professionalism discretion and integrity
- Fluency in Russian and English is required
- Relevant academic background in Finance Economics or related fields CFA CAIA CFP or similar certifications are highly valued
