Job Summary
Specialist / Senior Specialist Contracts & Commercial (Oil & Gas)
Job Purpose:
To manage procurement contracts and commercial activities for oil & gas projects ensuring cost-effective sourcing contract compliance and successful project execution.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Finance Business Administration Supply Chain or related discipline.
- Specialist: 58 years of relevant experience.
- Senior Specialist: 812 years of relevant experience.
Mandatory Experience:
- Civil Projects Procurement and contract management for construction infrastructure and maintenance projects.
- Finance Cost analysis budgeting commercial evaluations and financial assessments.
- Insurance Review of contractual insurance requirements risk mitigation and claims support.
- Audit Procurement compliance documentation control and audit support.
- PMC/EPC Projects Experience handling contracts and procurement activities within PMC and EPC environments.
- General Procurement End-to-end procurement cycle including sourcing tendering bid evaluation negotiation vendor management and contract administration.
