Civil Engineer (UAE Nationals Only)

Site Execution & Coordination

• Assist in supervising day-to-day site activities.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors foremen and site teams.
• Monitor site progress and report updates to senior engineers.
• Support in resolving basic site issues and coordination challenges.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure work complies with quality standards and project specifications.
• Assist in site inspections and documentation.
• Support in implementing health & safety requirements on site.

Technical Support

• Review drawings and support in identifying discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing site reports and documentation.
• Support material tracking and site logistics coordination.
• Work closely with senior engineers to gain hands-on project experience.

Qualifications :

Youre a Great Fit If You

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering.
• 02 years of experience
• Basic knowledge of construction concepts (academic level).
• Willingness to learn and grow in a site environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is a plus.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to develop practical skills.
